cancellation policy

■About reservations If you cancel a course reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
・Cancellation before 12:00pm two days later: Free ・Cancellation after 12:00pm two days later: 100% of the reservation amount
In case of cancellation without notice, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

■If you are late for your reservation
If you are going to be late for your reservation, please contact us.
Please note that your reservation will be cancelled if you arrive 30 minutes after your scheduled time.
Please note that we cannot extend your reservation time if you are late.

Important points to note when using this service

■We cannot assign seats.
■We ask for your cooperation in limiting each person to one plate and one drink (including children who require a seat).
■Preschool children are not allowed during lunch time.
(There is no age limit for cafe time)
■There is no dedicated car or bicycle parking area for the store. Please use the nearby paid parking lots.
